I want to first thank Chasity and Johsua for putting me in a 2017 330i BMW. This mom and pop car saleswoman was outstanding. She took her time with me and didn't rush me at all. Amazing, Patient, Personal! I'm in my early 20s and bought my first car from there a few weeks ago. They took their time explaining everything, let me and each member of my family take the car for a test drive, and made the whole experience easy and fun. Chastity kept the whole thing fun and upbeat, took the time to get to know me, and also answered so many questions. It was an amazing experience and I'll definitely go to them next time I need a car.

Just financed a 2017 Nissan Altima SV which is my first car ever! The staff was amazing and truly does treat you like family. Edit after 4 months: While the shopping experience was good, the car experience wasn’t so good. Car ended up having so many issues the first two months. It was the tire pressure, key fob, replacement of 2/4 tires, battery replacement (it died), windshield wipers were replace since they were rusted, backup camera was glitching constantly, USB port was broken, car charging port works 75% of the times depending on how you plug it in, my speakers are really bad they can’t go above 25 volume and it’s been that way, and the windshield wiper fluid container was detached or disconnected. This is all happened within the first 2 months of purchase and was told that this is maintenance for a used car. Don’t get me started on how much the monthly payments are. You’re way better off purchasing a new car with less issues. The back of the front seats were scratched awfully, same with side mirrors and by the door handles. It was my first car purchase ever so definitely have learnt my lesson, but just wanted to make sure my review reflected my experience. Again, this is just my experience. Thanks for reading!

Chastity was very patient with me. She gave me many options to choose from and was an overall great help in getting me through the process to get approved for a vehicle. She was precise and broke down everything for me. Josh was super helpful with getting me the best possible payments to help me payoff my car. He took his time and didn’t rush to get rid of me after I got approved for a vehicle like most dealership do. Coming to this car lot was the best decision I've ever made. Out of all the experiences I've had with dealerships this one was the best. Chasity was amazing from the time I walked into the building. Her customer service skill was outstanding!! Our conversations were like we've known each other for years. The way she built my trust was impeccable. I knew I was in great hands! I had a repo holding me up she was able to get in contact with the needed people and got it removed. It was already settled just was sitting on my report. When I say amazing, I mean exactly that! Josh was amazing as well helped me get the best rates for me and made sure I understood every little detail of the paperwork and process. This entire team here was phenomenal. This was a pretty easy experience. Met with Kenny and Tony. Both were polite and helpful. Tony walked me through my options and was able to put me into a vehicle that my family was looking for. Spent a few hours here before Christmas for a 2015 Ford Explorer. The car buying experience was pleasant. Tony is top notch in the business and he knows all the details about the car. He is very professional, friendly and willing to work out a deal. The car so far runs great and the family was very happy with the purchase. Their office may look small but it's cozy and you can definitely feel some personal touch in there. Their staff, Moe and Felix, were very friendly and helpful. Moe went out a few times with me to test drive and get the car ready to go. I even watched a little NBA games with Felix in the office while waiting for loan approval. Overall 5 star dealership. I came to this dealership based on the reviews I had seen online. At the time my credit was bad, I came in and was greeted by Leo, he worked with my budget, even though I ended up with a different car other than the one I had my eyes on but I do not regret it one bit in fact I ended up with the right car for me. These guys are great. To the point. No nonsense. Informative and willing to give you a crash course on insurance, financing, registrations and how to pay as little interest as possible. They spent 4 hours with me when I purchased my Jeep. No rushing, personal attention, and a comfortable buy!

I came in with a pre-approval check looking for a vehicle efficient, stylish and comfortable. Found this beautiful Acura on their lot and was able to test it. After sitting down and talking price I was satisfied with the test drive and price and they even got me insurance the same day so I could drive off the lot with the vehicle the same day. Overall very satisfied customer and will be recommending friends, family and strangers to buy vehicles from Carsbuck.

I had a wonderful experience here at Carsbuck inc. the guys here really helped me out. I was able to trade in my 2007 Honda Accord coupe for a 2014 upgrade with an astonishing 16,000 miles. I don't know anywhere else you could find someone that would be as gracious and helpful as the guys are here. I'll def be recommending them to friends and family. And to top it off my monthly payments are GREAT!

Leo and Tony made it happen for me! I have no credit history and they still managed to get me into a 2013 car with very low mileage. They were friendly and accommodating. Take your time out to come here, they will definitely make sure you leave with a car. I certainly wasn't expecting to.

A Great business, they go above and beyond to get you a great deal. It was a pleasure working with Tony, he's the best at what he does. I was walking by this car dealership and my fiancé saw this Yukon Denali and was immediately attracted and interested. As soon as we walked in we were greeted upon our arrival by Tony (fiancé manager) very nice gentlemen asked us if we needed help, very patience and helpful. This car dealer had a various selection of cars , he let us look at the cars and told us that we can look into any car we were interested in and when we were ready he would take care of us ! and he sure did help us because we walk out of the lot with a new car !. Great service, very nice and helpful people.

I was skeptical about purchasing a car from this dealer due to the negative comments I've read prior, but I needed to be my own witness of which I'm completely satisfied with. Have been driving my 2014 E350 Class for about a week, and it is remarkable. I switched from a BMW 535i and there is no comparison. The E350 is a rocket, rides like a dream, and contrary to some places write, I feel much more connected to the road. The interior is gorgeous, exterior is sleek and beautiful, and the technology is fantastic. I was a little worried that the Lane Departure, Blind Spot, and other systems might be intrusive, but frankly, make it even more fun to drive. Gas mileage is about what you would expect, though the on/off feature should help, and is virtually unnoticed when stopped. Thanks again, I recommend this dealership to everyone...

I recently purchased a 2012 BMW 535!!! Right upon entering the greetings I received was extremely professional. I loved the way my salesman conducted business and knew what he was talking about each car I inquired about. He explained every aspect there is to know about the BMW. Right away i knew I was going to purchase my vehicle from this company. I asked about their finance programs, which the person I was directed to gave me the best deal, where I had to look twice. I know that this was the best choice I made with purchasing my vehicle from this company. Trust me they will not steer you wrong and to top things off, i have a 2 year warranty.
